Present : Sh. Absar Ahmad, Ld. Counsel for all the plaintiffs with
plaintiff no.1 in person.
Sh. Gaurav Gupta, Ld. Counsel for defendant.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for defendant that at the
instruction of the defendant, he is ready to make a statement that without
admitting the contents and merits of the present suit filed by the plaintiff,
the defendant shall not create any third party interest in the suit property
i.e. Shop No.1643 measuring area about 120 sq. feet, situated at Ward
No.6, Bazar Lal Kuan, Delhi-110006.
A separate statement of the Ld. Counsel for defendant is also
recorded to that effect in the Court.
At this stage, it is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for plaintiffs
that in view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for defendant, the plaintiffs
do not want to pursue the present suit. It is further submitted that the
present may kindly be disposed off as settled between the parties.
A separate statement of the Ld. Counsel for plaintiffs is also
recorded to that effect in the Court.
In view of the statements of the Ld. Counsels for plaintiffs
and defendant, the present suit stands disposed off as settled between the
parties.
File be consigned to Record Room as per rules.
