Matter be re-listed for filing replication, if any and arguments
on injunction application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC on 29.08.2023.
In the meantime, defendant no.1 is restrained from raising any
unauthorized construction at the suit property bearing no. 2526, Gali
Kaptan Wali, Bara Dari, Ballimaran, Delhi-110006 till the next date of
hearing. Copy of order be given dasti to all concerned.
