copy of the same has been supplied to the opposite party.
Today, evidence by way of the affidavit of PW-1 filed along-with
list of witnesses and application u/o 7 Rule 14 CPC, documents. It is
submitted that copy of the same has been supplied to the opposite party.
Put up for filing of reply to the aforesaid applications and for
arguments on 08.10.2025.
