Fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants has also been
filed by Ms. Manju Jain, Ld. counsel. Same be taken on record.
Sh. Pranjal, Ld. counsel for the defendant no.3 and 4
submits that copy of the plaint and documents have not been received.
Ms. Manju Jain, Ld. Counsel for defendants also states
that entire set of plaint as well as documents has not been received and
certain documents are illegible and has moved an application U/S 151
CPC in this regard.
Plaintiff is directed to supply entire legible set of plaint
as well as documents to the defendant within 07 days and accordingly,
the application U/S 151 CPC moved by Ld. Counsel Ms. Manju Jain
stands allowed.
Let WS be filed within 30 days of supply of documents
alongwith advance copy to the opposite side.
Replication, if any be filed on or before the NDOH,
alongwith advance copy.
Let affidavit of A/D of documents be filed by the parties.
Now to come up for settlement of issues on 03.09.2024.
