Concerned process server namely Sh. P.K. Saini, Central,
THC has appeared today and submits that inadvertently the report of
service of summons of defendant no.2 could not be filed properly.
Concerned process server is directed to be careful in future
and is directed to henceforth file proper reports as to service of
summons.
Summons issued to defendant no.2 received back with the
report that the person found at the given address stated that the
defendant no.2 has gone out of station and it is further stated that
summons were served to defendant no.2 by way of affixation on
14.10.2023.
Registered AD issued to defendant no.2 received back with
remarks 'addressee out of station'.
Summons issued to defendant no.3 received back with the
report that the person found at the given address stated that he does not
know defendant no.3 and it is further stated that summons were served
to defendant no.3 by way of affixation on 14.10.2023.

Registered AD issued to defendant no.3 received back with
remarks 'no such person in this address'.
Accordingly, let court notice be issued to the concerned
process server directing him to appear on NDOH for recording his
statement.
Put up for further proceedings on 29.04.2024.
