It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 1 that
he is representing defendant no. 1 only and on the last date of hearing it
was inadvertently mentioned that he is representing all the defendants.
Perusal of record shows that summons issued to defendant
no. 2 and 3 were received back unserved.
In view of the submissions made, the plaintiff is directed to
take fresh steps for effecting service upon defendant no. 2 and 3.
Let fresh summons be issued to defendant no. 2 and 3 on
filing of fresh address, PF/RC within 7 days.
Put up for further proceedings on 22.08.2023.
