An application under Order 5 Rule 20 r/w Section 151 CPC
has been filed on behalf of plaintiff for substituted service of defendant
no. 2 and 3 on 27.04.2024. Same is taken on record.
Court notice issued to the concerned process server
received back served. Concerned process server namely Harkesh Meena
has appeared and submits that he had served the summons to defendant
no.2 and 3 by way of affixation on 14.10.2023.
Separate statement of process server has been recorded.
Accordingly, the process server stands discharged.
In view of the statement given by the process server and the
reports on record, the defendant no.2 and 3 are deemed to be served by
way of affixation.
No written statement has been filed on behalf of defendant
no. 2 and 3 and no one has appeared on behalf of defendant no. 2 and 3
till date.

In view of the same, the right of defendant no. 2 and 3 to
file written statement is hereby closed. Defendant no. 2 and 3 are
proceeded ex-parte.
Put up for admission/denial of documents and framing of
