Bailiff report perused.
As per report of bailiff, warrants of possession were
executed on 03.05.2025 and vacant and peaceful possession is handed
over to the DH.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for the DH also states that vacant and
peaceful possession of the property in question has been obtained by the
DH with the help of bailiff on 03.05.2025 and that the present execution
petition may be disposed of being satisfied.
In view of the report of bailiff, the present execution
petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
File be consigned to record room after necessary
compliance.

granted by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has been vacated vide order
dated 06.11.2024.

Issue Warrants of Possession against the JD on filing of PF
as well as an affidavit of the DH to the effect that there is no stay against
the eviction order, within 07 working days, returnable for 30.05.2025.
DH to appear before the Ld. ACJ(Central) for appointment of Bailiff on
14.04.2025. Bailiff would be at liberty to break open the locks and to
seek police assistance, if need arises, for execution of Warrants of
Possession.
