Perusal of record shows that vide order dated 15.12.2025
passed by Ld. RCT/Ld. Appellate Court, JD/objector was directed to
deposit Rs.15,000/- towards user charges from the date of eviction order i.e.
31.07.2023. Further directed to deposit subsequent future sum every month
on or before 10th of English calender before this court.
Nazir of the court is directed to file report qua the sum
deposited if any by the JD/objector in compliance of order dated 15.12.2025
passed by Ld. RCT in RCT No.138/2025.

JD/objector is directed to appear in person on the next date
of hearing along with main counsel failing which cost of Rs.2,000/- shall be
imposed upon the JD payable to opposite side.
