Present: Sh. Absar Ahmad Ld. Counsel for DH (through VC)
None for JD.
None for Objector.
Nazir report filed. Perused. As per said report, sum of Rs.
30,000/- has been deposited by the objector namely Sh. Satyapal Vaish for
the period 12.11.2025 to 12.01.2026 on 17.12.2025. Further sum of Rs.

March 2026 on 14.01.2026.
Perusal of order dt. 15.12.2025 passed by Ld. RCT / Ld.

further direction to pay the said sum in future on or before 10th of English
Calander month before this Court.
None has appeared on behalf of objector today. As per
record, none was present on behalf of objector on the last date as well. On
17.12.2025, the Ld. Counsel for objector himself submitted that objector
has deposited only sum of Rs. 30,000/- for the period starting from
12.11.2025 till 12.01.2026.
Vide order dt. 15.12.2025, objector was clearly directed to
deposit sum of Rs. 15,000/- from the date of eviction order i.e. 31.07.2023.
Hence, clearly objector has failed to comply with order dt. 15.12.2025
passed by the Ld. Appellate Court.
Accordingly, warrants of possession be issued against the JD
and in favour of the DH, in respect of demised premises i.e. property
bearing no. 2167, measuring 180 sq. yards, Phatak Habash Khan, Gali
Hinga, Baig, Delhi-110006, consisting of first floor, second floor alongwith

doors etc. in order to execute present warrants of possession. Further,
Bailiff is directed to take all other necessary auxiliary steps for execution of
present warrants of possession including break open the locks, if required.
