Vide my separate order passed today the objections
filed by the objector namely Satypal Vaish have been dismissed
and accordingly the application filed by the objector u/O 41 R 5
CPC for stay on execution petition also stands dismissed.

Accordingly, now let warrant of possession qua
subject premises i.e. property bearing no. 2167 for measuring
about 180 sq yards, fatak Habs Khan, Gali Hinga, Big, Delhi-06,
consisting of first floor, second floor alongwith roof rights as
shown in certified copy of the site plan i.e. Mark A (marked for
sake of identification in the eviction petition) on filing of PF
returnable for 06.12.2025.
DH is directed to appear before court of Ld. ACJ,
Central, for appointment of ballif on 20.11.2025.
File be sent back to court concerned.
