Matter received back from Mediation Centre as not settled.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of defendant. Same is taken on
record.
Written statement on behalf of the defendant along with
application u/s 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing of the
written statement has been filed today. Copy supplied.
Reply, if any, to the said application be filed before the NDOH
with advance copy to the opposite party.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that there are
chances of settlement in the present matter and requests that matter be again
referred to Mediation Centre for settlement.
In view of the submissions made and with consent of both the
parties, matter is again referred to Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court for
settlement, if any.
Parties are directed to appear before Mediation Centre, Tis
Hazari Courts on 03.10.2023 at 2:00 pm.
It is made clear that in case any party does not appear before the
Meditation Centre on the given date and time, cost will be imposed on the
defaulting party.
Put up for report on settlement/further proceedings on 08.12.2023.
