The matter is listed for further cross-examination of PW-1.
Adjournment is sought by Ld. proxy counsel for defendant on
the ground that main counsel is not well today.
Perusal of the record shows that on 07.08.2025, last and final
opportunity was granted to defendant to cross-examine PW-1. Thereafter on
28.10.2025, again strict directions were passed by the court that no further
adjournment shall be given.
However, in the interest of justice, the adjournment is allowed
subject to filing of medical documents on NDOH.
It is made clear that if no medical document is filed on NDOH
then cost shall be imposed on defendant.
Last opportunity is granted to defendant to cross-examine PW-1
failing which the right of defendant to cross-examine PW-1 shall stand
closed.
Put up for further cross-examination of PW-1 on 07.02.2026.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. proxy counsel for
defendant.
