Application heard and perused. Same is allowed.
It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the DH that DH wants to
withdraw present petition as the same has been settled/satisfied with the JD.

Statement of the AR for DH recorded to this effect.
Statement of AR for DH namely Krishna Samadhiya, S/o. Sh. Rajiv
Samadhiya, C/o. Cholamandlam Finance and Investment Bank, Kucha Road,
near Karol Bagh Metro Station, New Delhi.
On SA
I am AR for the DH in this petition and as such I am duly authorized by
the DH to make statement on its behalf and do the needful including withdrawal of the
present petition.
I have received instruction from the DH to withdraw the present petition
with as I have received full and final payment of Rs.50,000/- in total from the JD. I
may be permitted to withdraw the present execution petition.
