Fresh eviction petition under Section 14 (1) (e) read with Section 25 B of
the Delhi Rent Control Act Act received by way of assignment. Let it be checked and
registered.
Present: Sh. Narender Singh and Ms.Khusboo, Ld. counsel for the petitioner
alongwith petitioner.
Heard. Perused.
Let summons be issued to the respondent under the Third Schedule of DRC
Act, on filing of PF/RC for 09.03.2026.
In case, the respondent refuses to accept the service or is not available at the
address despite three mandatory visits, the process server shall affix the summons at a
conspicuous place of the respondent and leave the copy of the petition and annexure as
per procedure and will file his report along with affidavit of service.
In charge, Nazarat Branch is directed to ensure that three mandatory visits
are made by the Process Server in case respondent is not found at the address.
Ahlmad is directed to annex copy of all the documents including additional
documents and the petition with the process and also mention the total number of pages
on the process.
Copy of the order be annexed along with the process.
