    MOHD AQIL Vs. MOHD MIAN
    22.05.2025
    Present: None for plaintiff.
As per the Ahlmad report, summons could not be issued to
defendant as PF/RC was not filed by plaintiff.
Perusal of the record shows that plaintiff has failed to file
PF/RC in the present matter even once so as to effect service on defendant.
Perusal of the record further shows that vide last order, cost was
imposed on plaintiff to be deposited with DLSA, Central for causing delay in
the present matter. However, none has appeared on behalf of plaintiff despite
the matter being called out various times.
Therefore, it is amply clear that the plaintiff has miserably failed
to take steps for effecting service on defendant and has failed to file PF/RC in
    the present matter even once.
Accordingly, the plaint stands rejected under Order 7 Rule 11 (f)
    CPC.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
