Replication has been e-filed on behalf of plaintiff on
23.09.2025. Hard copy of the same has also been filed. Copy supplied.
Perusal of the record shows that vide last order, last and
final opportunity was granted to plaintiff to file replication within 7
days.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that inadvertently the
replication could not be filed within the stipulated time and prays that
the same be taken on record.
In the interest of justice, replication filed on behalf of
plaintiff is taken on record.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to verify the address
of defendant no.3.
It is submitted by both the parties that there are chances of
amicable settlement in the present matter and accordingly, both the
parties request that the matter may be referred to Mediation Centre.
In view of the submissions made, matter is hereby
referred to Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court for settlement, if any.

Hazari Courts on 10.11.2025 at 2 pm.
