Present: Sh. G.S. Nagar, Ld. counsel for plaintiff (through VC).
An application has been filed on behalf of plaintiff under
Order 7 Rule 14 r/w Section 151 CPC seeking leave to take on record
the copy of GPA, agreement to sell, affidavit, will, receipt and site plan
of the suit property along with copy of letter as filed along with the
application.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that plaintiff wishes to
bring on record the copy of GPA, agreement to sell, affidavit, will,
receipt and site plan of the suit property and copy of letter as mentioned
in the application and prays that the said documents as filed along with
the application be taken on record and the application under Order 7
Rule 14 r/w Section 151 CPC be allowed. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff
further submits that inadvertently the said documents could not be filed
by plaintiff along with the plaint.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
In the interest of justice and considering the fact that the
summons are yet to be issued to defendants, no prejudice would be
caused to defendants if the said application is allowed and if the said
additional documents are taken on record.
Accordingly, the application filed on behalf of plaintiff
under Order 7 Rule 14 r/w Section 151 CPC is allowed and the said
additional documents filed along with the application are taken on
record.

Let summons be issued to defendants on filing of PF/RC
within 15 days.
