Present : Mr. B L Gupta, father of the complainant.
Ms. Payal, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith accused
through VC.
Fresh vakalatnama on behalf of the accused has not been
filed.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file her vakalatnama
on or before NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that copy of complaint has
not been received.
Heard.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of
the complaint on the Whatsapp number of Ld. Counsel for accused i.e.
7011609706.
Since, the offence is bailable in nature accused is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and the surety
in the like amount.
Surety bonds not furnished.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety bonds on or before
NDOH.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for accused has filed an
application for cancellation of NBWs. Same be taken on record.
Heard. Considered the submissions.
For the reasons stated in the application, NBWs issued
against the accused stands stayed till the NDOH subject to the cost of Rs.
500/- payable to the complainant and with the warning to appear regularly
on each and every date.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on
NDOH voluntarily, failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on 18.09.2026.
