None for accused.
Summons against the accused received back unserved.
No tracking report filed by the complainant.
Accordingly, issue fresh summons to the accused proprietor on the
address furnished today on filing of PF within two months through all modes
returnable for NDOH.
In case of online service, complainant is directed to file requisite
affidavit with contact details of the accused and certificate U/s 63 BSA to show due
service through online mode.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
The complainant is also directed to file the GST details of accused
proprietor.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 09.04.2026.

At this stage, accused has appeared through VC and he has submitted
that he is willing to settle the matter.

Parties are at liberty to explore possibility of settlement out of
court.
Accused is directed to appear in person on NDOH.
No exemption shall be entertained on NDOH.
Cost of Rs. 200/- is imposed on the accused for failing to appear
before this court to be paid to NGO for rescuing animals namely “Karanpuri
Foundation through MILAAP Link”. Receipt of same is filed.
Put up for settlement if any/appearance of accused/ framing of notice/
furnishing of surety/ further proceedings on date fixed i.e. 09.04.2026.
