Present : Ms. Dolly, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith
complainant through VC.
None for accused.
On the last date of hearing, NBWs were directed to be issued
against the accused.
Report received back as per which it was found that accused
has gone out of station. No further information about the accused could be
gathered.
Perusal of the record shows that accused has appeared in the
present matter and is aware of the Court proceedings.
The Court finds that accused is deliberately avoiding
appearance before the Court.
Accordingly, fresh process u/s 82 Cr.P.C be issued against the
accused through SHO concerned, returnable to this Court on Court Date
a) By reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town.
b) By way of affixation and conspicuous part of the house of
the accused.
c) By way of affixation on some conspicuous part of the
Court.
Process server is directed to comply with the proceedings u/s
82 Cr.P.C. at least 30 days prior to the NDOH.
Put up for report / recording of statement of process server on
16.09.2026.
