Perusal of the record shows that accused had appeared before the Court on 06.06.2025. The Court finds that accused is deliberately avoiding appearance before the Court. Accordingly, process u/s 82 Cr.P.C be issued against the accused no. 2 Aryan Sharma through SHO concerned, returnable to this Court on Court Date a) By reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town. b) By way of affixation and conspicuous part of the house of the accused. c) By way of affixation on some conspicuous part of the Court.
