Ld. Counsel for the accused admits receiving of copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf of
accused on the ground that the accused has gone to Saudi Arabia for
performing Hajj. In support, copy of flight ticket annexed. For the reason
stated in the application, exemption from personal appearance is allowed
for today only.
Accused is directed to appear on NDOH else costs of Rs.
20,000/- shall imposed upon the accused payable to the complainant and
it is further clarified that coercive measures shall be adopted against him.
Ld. counsel for accused seeks liberty to withdraw the
application filed under Section 145 (2) of NI Act as it has been filed per-
maturely.
Re-list the matter for framing of notice on 24.03.2026.
