costs of Rs.20,000/- has been paid.
In view of the reason stated in the application and the
ticket annexed, exemption from personal appearance is allowed for
today only.
Accused is directed to appear in person on NDOH else
costs of Rs. 30,000/- shall imposed upon the accused payable to the
complainant and the interim order shall be vacated on next date of
hearing.
