On LDOH, undersigned was on leave, hence fresh matter could not be
considered and it was kept for ‘compliance of previous order’.
Since there is no

Prima facie there appears a delay in filing the present complaint.
Today, complainant has filed an application for condonation of delay.

Let notice of condonation of delay be issued to proposed accused
through all modes on filing of PF within 2 months returnable on NDOH.
An application has been filed for substitution of AR along with fresh
evidence by way of affidavit on behalf of complainant. Same is taken on record.
