BWs issued against the accused received back unexecuted with the report that wife of the accused was met at the given address who stated that the accused does not reside with her any longer and that the accused is missing. However, she denied to show her identity proof. Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the accused has knowledge of the present proceedings and the legal notice was also served on the accused, including through e-mode. Further, at the address of the accused as per his Aadhar Card shows the very same address on which the execution has been attempted. It appears that the accused has knowledge of the present proceedings and that the accused is deliberately avoiding the proceedings of court. Be awaited for the appearance of accused till 02:00 PM.
