The accused Dalip has been arrested in execution of NBWs issued
by this Court.
File perused. Arrest memo perused. MLC perused.
Perusal of MLC reveals that no fresh external injuries are found.
Accused has been informed about the grounds of the arrest and
intimation of his arrest has been given to his brother. The accused person has
been produced before the court within 24 hours of his arrest.
Copy of the grounds of arrest has been served to the accused in
terms of the Judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court in
Prabir Purkayastha vs.
State of NCT of Delhi dated 15.05.2024.
At this stage, accused submits that he wants to plead guilty in this
case u/s 4(c) of DPT and MTP Act, 2010.
Heard and Allowed.
Vide separate STR entry at serial no.106 of even date the accused
has been convicted U/s 4(c) of DPT and MTP Act, 2010 and sentenced to pay a
fine of Rs.100/-.
Fine paid vide receipt dated 29.04.2026.
Accused Dalip be released from custody forthwith.
Earlier date i.e. 07.05.2026 stands cancelled.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
