None for accused proprietor.
In between dates of hearing, complainant has filed original postal
receipts and tracking report on summons filed with the report ‘item delivered’ along
with proof of service through online mode with requisite affidavit. Taken on record.
None has appeared on behalf of accused despite service.
Let bailable warrants in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-, be issued against the
accused proprietor, with one surety of like amount, through the SHO concerned, on
filing of PF within 2 months, returnable on NDOH.
Copy of complaint and other documents have already been supplied to
accused side. Proof is annexed.
Warrants should carry an endorsement that accused is at liberty to
settle the matter and pay the amount to the complainant by reaching out the
complainant on the no. 9871082872, in view of the judgment passed by Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India, in case titled as
Sanjabij Tari Vs. Kishore S. Borcar & Anr.,
