PW-1 Sh. Raj Narayan Verma is examined-in-chief, cross-
examined and discharged.
Perusal of testimony of PW-1 reveals that he has turned hostile
and no purpose would be served by examining other witnesses and the
remaining witnesses cited in the charge sheet are formal in nature and
whose testimony is insufficient to convict the accused persons.
Accordingly, PE stands closed.
Since there is no incriminating circumstance against the
accused, recording of his statement under section 351 BNSS is also
dispensed with.
Final arguments heard.
Be put up for judgment at 3:30 PM.

Vide separate judgment of even date, the accused Ali Hussain
@ Sonu @ Chota Picha is acquitted for the offences under Section
304(2)/3(5) BNS.
Accused be released from custody unless required in any other
case.
The fresh bonds furnished U/s 437A CrPC by the accused,
which are considered and accepted and shall remain operative for a period
of six months from today, or until appeal is preferred, which ever is earlier.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
