Present : Mr. Diwakar Chaurasia, Ld. Counsel for complainant
alongwith complainant in person.
Mr. Satish Kumar Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith
accused in person.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of the accused. Same be
taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that matter has been
settled between the parties for total sum of Rs. 1,40,000/-.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that accused shall pay the
total amount today itself.
Accused submits that amount of Rs. 90,000/- shall be paid in
cash and Rs. 50,000/- shall be paid through online mode. Accused further
submits that documents i.e. Copy of Aadhar Card, copy of PAN Card,
electricity bill and photograph be returned by the complainant.
Complainant submits that he has no objection in returning the
said document, if the payment is made by the accused today.
Heard.
Amount of Rs. 90,000/- has been received by the
complainant.
Same has been verified by the complainant.
Complainant has also received amount of Rs. 50,000/-
through online mode.
Complainant further submits that he has returned
abovementioned documents alongwith three blank cheques.
Same has been verified by the accused.
Complainant submits that no further amount is due upon the
accused.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant requests that the present
complaint be disposed of as compounded.
Put up before pre-lok adalat on 06.05.2026.
