Present: Sh. Jitender Nath Pathak , Ld. Counsel for the complainant through
VC.
None for proposed accused.
Notice u/s 223 BNSS not received back.
No tracking filed.
One more opportunity is granted to the complainant to effect service of
notice.
In the meantime, let fresh notice as per section 223 BNSS, be issued to
the proposed accused, on filing of PF within 2 months, returnable on NDOH.
Further, the complainant is at liberty to serve the copy of this order to the
proposed accused as notice through whatsapp, SMS, e-mail subject to the filing of
affidavit of service on e-mail or mobile number of proposed accused.
He is directed to bring the proof of service on NDOH.
The complainant is at liberty to file duly stamped return memo by NDOH
as a photocopy has been placed on record. The original return memo of Delhi state
cooperative bank is on record, in which the complainant maintains his account. The said
bank further maintain an account in another bank of which a photocopy of return memo
has been placed.
The complainant is directed to take requisite steps for getting the bank
memo stamped.
Be put up for consideration/ further proceedings on 03.01.2026.
