NBWs issued against the convict not received back. However, convict
has appeared (through VC).
This is an application moved on behalf of complainant for execution of
sentence order dated 23.08.2024. As per the said order, convict was directed to pay
the sum of Rs. 1,05,000/- and in default SI of 2 months. Interim compensation of Rs.
14,000/- was directed to be adjusted in the said compensation. Hence, the present
application is for the pending amount of Rs. 91,000/-.
At this stage, convict has sought time to make payment.
On account of non appearance of the convict and his lapse in
complying with the sentence order, a cost of Rs. 2,000/- is imposed on the convict to
be paid to NGO on the UPI id: earthlingstrust99.rzp@icici.
Receipt of same is
shown.
He further undertakes to pay a substantial amount to the complainant.
He is at liberty to reach out the complainant side for payment purposes on the no.

Convict submits he resides at G 11 Gali No 8 Shiv Ram Park Peer
Baba Road Nangloi and his no. is 9899142745.
It appears that convict is deliberately avoiding the appearance before
this court and concealing himself. Hence, let NBWs be issued against the convict on
the address furnished today, through the concerned SHO, on filing of PF within two
months, returnable on NDOH.
