Previous Reader of this court has not handed over complete
charge to the incumbent Reader till date.
Undersigned is also working as 2nd Link JMFC to Sh. Chatinder
Singh and 4th Link JMFC to Ms. Neha Goel in pre-lunch session.

applicant/complainant, along with the
applicant/complainant.

Enquiry Officer, SI Nishant.
A report has been filed on behalf of the Enquiry
Officer, which is taken on record and supplied to the
applicant/complainant against acknowledgment.
It is submitted that the Enquiry Officer, SI Nishant,
could not appear today due to a mishap at his home. Some more
time has been sought to file the conclusive ATR.
The request is not opposed. Heard. Let the order
dated 24.10.2024 be complied with without fail.
The concerned Enquiry Officer, SI Nishant, is
directed to remain personally present on the next date of hearing.
List the matter for compliance and further
proceedings on 04.04.2025.
