CW1 further cross-examined and discharged as a witness.
It has been submitted on behalf of the complainant that they do not wish
to examine any other witness on behalf of the complainant and wish to close CE in the
present matter. Separate statement to this effect, has been recorded on behalf of the
complainant.
In view of the submissions made, CE stands closed.
Statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. (Section 351 BNSS)
recorded. Accused submits that they will lead defence evidence.
Accused is directed to file list of defence witnesses on NDOH, with
advance copy to the opposite party at-least one week prior to the NDOH. Accused is at
liberty to move application section 353 BNSS (Section 315 CrPC). If the filing of
application u/s 353 BNSS is desired by the accused, the same be filed on the NDOH,
with advance copy to the opposite party at-least one week prior to the NDOH.
