Undersigned is also working as Duty JMFC today.
Present: Mr. Manish Bansal, Ld. APP for State.
Accused in person.
Sh. Darshnik Narang, Ld. Assistant LADC for accused
from the office of LADC.
Matter is listed for PE.
PW1 Professor Anis Hassan is present, examined and
discharged.
Diet money of Rs.500/- is paid to the witness.
No other witness is present.
Let all the remaining witnesses be summoned through
DCP concerned for the NDOH.
Put up for PE on 25.02.2026.
At this stage, PW1 prays for releasing of case property on
superdari.
It is noted that the case property i.e. air conditioner is no
more required for the purpose of investigation.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the fact that
the complainant / PW1 has already been examined in the present case,
the case property i.e. air conditionere in question be released to the
applicant / registered owner on furnishing security bond/indemnity bond
in the sum of Rs.20,000/-. Coloured photographs be taken and
panchnama of case property be prepared as per the dictum in the
abovementioned judgments.
Panchnama along with photographs, and the security/
indemnity bond along with the appended documents be filed in the court
along with final report.
Copy of the order be given Dasti as prayed.
The order be uploaded as per rules.
