This court is functioning without Ahlmad since 30.04.2025.
Orderly of this court is on leave till 05.07.2025.
Reader of this court is on medical leave for undefined period.
Present: Sh. Vikas Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the complainant with
complainant.
Matter is at the stage of consideration.
The complainant has relied on the tracking report at page no. 23.
The other tracking report which showing the delivery as 23.09.2024 are not in the
benefit of the complainant. Hence, tracking report which shows delivery of
notice on 10.08.2024 is being relied on and benefit is being given to the
complainant.
Case file perused.
Let notice as per section 223 BNSS, be issued to the proposed
accused, on filing of PF within 30 days, returnable on NDOH.
Further, the complainant is at liberty to serve the copy of this order
to the proposed accused as notice through whatsapp, SMS, email subject to the
filing of affidavit of service on email or mobile number of proposed accused.
Be put up for purpose fixed/ further proceedings on 15.10.2025.
