None has appeared on behalf of the accused persons despite
repeated calls since morning.
Despite service of process accused persons are not appearing in the
matter. In order to secure their presence, let bailable warrants be issued against the
accused persons in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount on
filing of PF within 10 days, returnable for NDOH. Bailable Warrants be executed
through SHO concerned.
