This is an application u/s 175 (3) BNSS to monitor the investigation in the
abovesaid stated FIR as no effective investigation is being carried out by the investigating
agency.
Heard. Perused.
Before any orders are passed on the present application, the court deems it
fit to call for an action taken report from the concerned PS.
Accordingly, let court notice be issued to the SHO concerned to file ATR be
called for NDOH. Let copy of the present complaint be sent alongwith court notice.
Re-list for further proceedings on 08.02.2027.
