This is an application for compliance for order on sentence dt. 17.04.2025 of Ld. Predecessor of this court for recovery of fine imposed upon the convict. As per the complainant, the convict has not made any payment in compliance of the said order and the appeal filed by him has been dismissed vide order dt. 04.08.2026 of Ld. ASJ-04, Central, THC. Perusal of the record reveals that an amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- was to be paid the complainant within 60 days from 17.04.2025. Considering that the appeal filed by the convict was dismissed on 04.08.2026, a time period of 60 days has to be given to the convict. As on date, the time period of 60 days has not been completed. Accordingly, Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to apprise the court about the status of payment, if any, made by the convict by the NDOH.
