Matter is at the stage of arguments on the point of summoning.
Ld. counsel for the proposed accused submits that the copy of complaint
alongwith annexed documents have not been supplied to the proposed accused.

Both the parties submit that they want to explore the possibility of
settlement and request is made for referring the matter to mediation cell.
Since there is a scope for settlement in the present case, the present matter is
referred to mediation cell. Accordingly, both the parties alongwith counsels are directed
to appear in person before the Mediation Cell, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts on
04.07.2025 at 2 PM, in case of non compliance, heavy cost shall be imposed upon the
defaulting party. Ahlmad is directed to do the needful.
