Present: Ms. Anshika and Sh. Govind Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the complainant along with
complainant.
This is an application u/s 421 r/w section 431 Cr. PC filed on behalf of the
complainant for recovery of fine imposed upon the convict vide order dated 04/08/2026.
As per the complainant, the convict has not made any payment in compliance of
the said order and no appeal has been filed by the convict. An affidavit has been filed in support
of the same.
Perusal of the record reveals that an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- with simple
interest at 7% p.a. from the date of filing of complaint till the date of judgment / conviction was
to be paid within 45 days from 04/08/2026.
Let notice be issued to the convict to appear in person on NDOH.
Ahlmad is directed to do the needful within 05 days from today.
Put up for appearance of convict / further proceedings on 22/10/2026 at 02:00 p.m.
