Present: Ld. Counsel for the complainant with complainant.
Matter is listed for appearance of accused.
Fresh vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the complainant. Same is taken on
record.
As per the report of summons already on record, the accused was served with
summoned on the one of his addresses mentioned in the memo of parties.
In view of the same, be awaited for appearance of accused till 12:30 p.m.

No one has appeared on behalf of the accused despite repeated calls since
morning.
It seems that the accused is aware about the ongoing proceedings against him and
is deliberately avoiding the process of this court.
Let BWs be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one surety,
if any in the like amount, to be served through SHO concerned, on filing of PF within 15 days
from today for NDOH.
Complainant is directed to take steps diligently in pursuing the present matter.
