Accused no.1 is proprietorship firm (through accused no.2 Proprietor
Bahadur)
Accused no.3 Gurpreet.
Kharja of the present case has been wrongly done by the Reader of this court
and the matter was listed for 22.08.2025. However, the ordersheet is for 20.08.2025.
Reader of this court is warned to be careful in future.
Summons could not be issued due to non filing of PF.
This is the second date that steps have not been taken.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the complainant to take steps for
issuance of summons against the accused/ filing PF.
In the meantime, let fresh summons be issued against the accused no.1 to 3 on
filing of PF within 2 months, through all modes, returnable for NDOH.
Summons have already been issued against accused no.3 Gurpreet. However,
his role has not been clarified as the cheque is in the name of the proprietorship.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to clarify about the role of accused
no.3, if he is the signatory or not, as the cheque is in the name of Proprietorship.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of surety/
further proceedings on 23.01.2026.
