Mohd. Mehtab and Abbas Ali has appeared and he has been apprised
about the proceedings and NDOH. Mohd. Akib and Mohd. Mehtab
have appeared as well.
Accused Abbas Ali has expired on 25.08.2026. Copy of
death certificate has been filed. Death Verification Report of accused
Abbas Ali be filed on the NDOH.
Accused Mohd. Akib and Mohd. Mehtab have furnished
bail bonds and surety bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-. Original FD
and RC of sureties retained. Bail bonds and surety bonds are accepted
till NDOH. Robkar be issued.

Verification report be called from the IO/SHO concerned
for the NDOH.
Bailable warrants directed to issued against the accused
Mohd. Akib and Mohd. Mehtab stands stayed till the NDOH.
Bailable warrants against accused Mohd. Abbas Ali stand

Both Accused to remain present in person on the NDOH
with their main counsels. No exemption/ adjournment request shall be
entertained.
