An exemption application has been moved on behalf of
accused on the ground that accused is indisposed. For the reason stated in
the application, exemption from personal appearance is allowed for today
only.
Accused is directed to appear on NDOH else costs of Rs.
5,000/- shall imposed upon the accused payable to the complainant.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the copy of
complaint has not been supplied yet. Same is supplied from extra copy
from record in the court today.
Re-list the matter for framing of notice/ bail on 15.07.2026.
