Report received back, as per which, statement of
shopkeeper of Vaishnavi Diamond is yet to be recorded, the
statement of other shopkeeper where the proposed accused had
gone for checking the gold is to be recorded and he is yet to be
identified. Some time is sought by the IO for concluding the
inquiry.
This court had ordered the SHO concerned to file
the ATR vide order dated 14.09.2026. Till date, no inquiry has
been conducted by the deputed IO/ASI Veer Pal which is evident
from the report filed by the IO.
Issue notice to DCP concerned along with copy of
this order with direction to file conclusive status report on
10.12.2026.
