Ld. Counsel for accused no.1, 2, 3 and 5 submits that she has been recently engaged in the present matter and seeks some time to go through the file. Time granted till NDOH. She has requested for exemption of the accused persons. Exemption allowed for today only, subject to cost of Rs.500/- on each of the accused persons i.e., accused no.1, 2, 3 and 5. Ld. Counsel for accused submits that copy of complaint and copy of documents have already been received by the accused. List the matter for furnishing of bail bond/framing of notice on 06.06.2026.
