This is an application u/s 175 (3) BNSS.
At the outset, Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the he may be
permitted to withdraw the present complaint case out of his own free will as the same
suffers from technical defect being unaccompanied by complaint to higher police officials.

Let separate statement of the Ld. counsel for the complainant be recorded to
this effect.
In view of the statement, the complaint alongwith all the pending
application, if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as per law.
