Present : Sh. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Complainant in person.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has advanced some arguments. The
complaint has been filed u/s 347 and 461 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act. The
offence under the said act do not fall under the jurisdiction of the undersigned and
special jurisdiction of the aforesaid act is with JMFC-01.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel submits that he wishes to withdraw the present
complaint and he may be given liberty to file afresh in the correct court. Let a
separate statement be recorded.
In view of the separate statement, present complaint case stands disposed
of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as per law.
