alongwith complainant in person.
Perusal of the record shows that in the last ordersheet due to
inadvertence instead of partner, proprietor has been mentioned.
Above stated mistake stands rectified.
On LDOH, summons were directed to be issued against the
accused.
Report not received back.
Tracking report filed. Same be taken on record.
As per the tracking report, summons have been duly served.
Today, none appeared on behalf of the accused.
Let BWs be issued against the accused no. 2 in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- with one surety, if any in the like amount through SHO concerned,
returnable to this Court on 08.02.2027.

Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of
the complaint on the Whatsapp number of accused no. 2 i.e. 9811626280

Since, the offence is bailable in nature accused no. 2 is
admitted to bail subject to furnishing of bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-
and the surety in the like amount.
Surety bonds not furnished.
Accused is directed to furnish the surety bonds on or before
NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on
NDOH voluntarily, failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on date already fixed I..e
08.02.2027.
Earlier order qua issuance of BWs stands cancelled.
